William Marino

William Marino joined Midland Real Estate Alliance in July 2013 after spending 3 years in the commercial real estate and data center Industries in Phoenix. During the last few years Bill has focused on Investment sales with several clients nationwide. Bill has over 15 years experience in the construction, engineering, and dismantling Industries. He began his career working on construction crews in Chicago during high school. Working on very large projects from the foundation up gave Bill a wealth of experience in all aspects of the construction process. During his career Bill has also been involved in real estate development projects throughout Chicago. He has experience in high density residential and mixed use projects from 4 units to 50+ units. In 2000 Bill joined the ranks of a well established Dismantling contractor in Chicago. He spent the next 10 years dismantling some of the largest and most complicated buildings and bridges in the midwest and southern United States. Bill's dismantling resume includes some famous landmarks including the Kraft world HQ, Culligan water HQ, and the Helene Curtis building. He has participated in management of multi million dollar projects throughout his career. With his experience in dismantling, Bill has become an Industry expert in recycling. He has developed a network of metal traders worldwide and has used them to facilitate the purchase and recovery of large Industrial assets. Currently William Marino participates in salvage and asset recovery projects in addition to his real estate investment activities.
